Problems With the Work

Repairs are done by independent water heater pros, who are responsible for their own work and warranty terms. If you have a problem with a repair, contact the pro who did it first. Please also tell us, because we take it into account when we make future referrals.

What Happens Next

We read every concern and reply to you.
If the issue is about this site, such as wrong information or a form that did not work, we fix it.
If the issue is about a referral, we listen, share what we can, and tell you what we can and cannot do.

Your Other Options

You always keep your outside options, including the Colorado Attorney General's consumer protection office. Using this policy first is not required and does not limit your rights.
